Advanced Mode


Advanced Mode allows you to submit up to 10 of your own CMAP files and jump straight to generating an image. If you are not familiar with the format, see the CMAP help page. You do not need to worry about the number of spaces between CMAP elements (the program will scan for and correct any spacing errors) but do not use spaces in any genome, contig, or gene names.
